The primary purpose of the Website is to provide a service for generating compliant, high-quality biometric photos for various documents from regular selfies. In the midst of the AI boom, we are committed to NOT USING YOUR PERSONAL PHOTOS AND DATA for training our algorithms.

II. Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect personal information from you in order to provide our services, which include generating biometric photos for various documents such as IDs, visas, driver's licenses, and passports. The personal information we collect includes only the pictures you upload.
We also collect additional data from a secure external payment provider (Stripe) if you use the paid version of our service. In that case we're collecting:
- your email address
- your full name
This information is used to deliver final results of the photo processing and to issue a payment receipt for the services provided. When you make a payment, Stripe will collect and process your payment information, which may include your name, email address, credit card or bank account details, and transaction history. We do not collect or store your payment information, but we may receive confirmation of your payment from Stripe.
We will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes for which it was collected, and we will not share your personal information with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
III. Storage and Protection of Personal Information
We store all our data, including your personal information, uploaded photos, and resulting photos, in Europe on servers hosted by a well-respected secure cloud provider. We take data security seriously and have implemented measures to ensure the protection of your personal information. These measures include the use of encryption technologies such as SSL and HTTPS for secure communication, as well as the use of short-lived security tokens for access and communication.
We restrict access to customer data only to authorized personnel who need it to provide our services. We regularly review our security protocols and update them as necessary to ensure the ongoing protection of your personal information.
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will take immediate action to identify and rectify the cause of the breach, and notify you as soon as possible as required by law.
IV. Cookies & Third-Party Service Providers
